Who we are

This website is operated by SourceProducts LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, trading as Source Products Co. Our address is 7849 W 110th Ave, Westminster, CO 80021 and our email address is support@sourceproductsco.store. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms, the privacy policy, and the shipping and returns policies, which form part of them.

Using the website

You must be at least 18 or be using the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Give accurate information when you order, and keep any account password to yourself.
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break into it, overload it, collect its content by automated means, or place orders you do not intend to pay for.

Products and descriptions

We describe products as accurately as we can. Screens show colour differently, so a swatch or photograph is a guide and not an exact match. Sizes and weights are approximate unless a page says otherwise. Where a product is sold as a set, the page lists what is in it.

Art and craft materials must be used for their intended purpose and in a well-ventilated space, following the safety information printed on the packaging. Keep them out of the reach of young children. Read each label before you use a product.

Prices and errors

Prices are in US dollars and are shown per item. Shipping is added at checkout as set out on the shipping page. We do not add sales tax to orders at this time. If a price or description is clearly wrong, we may correct it and contact you before dispatching; you may then confirm the order at the corrected price or have it cancelled and refunded.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods, and the contract for those goods is formed then.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a payment cannot be authorized, or an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
We may limit the quantity of an item per order.

Payment

Payment is taken by card when you place the order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You confirm that you are entitled to use the card you enter. Charges appear as SOURCE PRODUCTS CO. More detail is on the payment and security page.

Delivery and risk

We dispatch within 0–2 business days and deliver to the address you provide. Ownership of the goods passes to you when we have received payment in full; the risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to that address.

Returns and refunds

You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery as set out on the returns page. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be excluded.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, layout, graphics, photographs and the name Source Products Co., belongs to SourceProducts LLC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Please do not copy or reuse the content elsewhere without our written permission.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for the goods we sell being as described and reaching you in good condition, and we will put things right as set out in our policies. To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our failing to meet these terms, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Disagreements

If you are unhappy with something, please write to us first and give us 30 days to put it right; most problems are settled that way. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any dispute that cannot be settled informally is to be brought in the state and federal courts located in Colorado.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
