Cards we accept
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
All prices and charges are in US dollars. We do not accept cash, cheques, money orders or other payment methods.
How your card details are handled
You enter your card details on a secure payment form. The page and the form are delivered over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and your card number goes straight to our payment provider, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway and card processor, for authorization.
- We never receive, see or store your full card number or your security code.
- What we receive back is a confirmation that the payment was approved or declined and, at most, the card type and the last four digits so we can identify the payment.
- The details of your order (items, delivery address, email address) are kept by us to fulfil the order, as described in our privacy policy.
What appears on your statement
Charges appear on your card statement as SOURCE PRODUCTS CO. The business behind that name is SourceProducts LLC, which trades on this website as Source Products Co. If you see a charge you do not recognise, email support@sourceproductsco.store with the amount and the date and we will find the order quickly.
Prices, currency and tax
- Every price is shown in US dollars, per item.
- Shipping is added at checkout: free over $75.00, otherwise $7.95. See shipping for the details.
- We do not add sales tax to orders at this time. The total shown on the checkout page before you pay is exactly the amount charged.
- Where the law makes a buyer responsible for tax on a purchase made from an out-of-state seller, that responsibility stays with the buyer.
If a payment is declined
Cards are declined for many ordinary reasons: a mistyped digit, a billing address that does not match the one your bank holds, a daily limit, or a precaution on your bank’s side. A declined payment does not create an order and you are not charged. Some banks show a temporary authorization hold for a few days; it drops off by itself and is not a charge from us.
Order review
To protect customers and cardholders, we may review an order before dispatch. If we cannot confirm an order is genuine, or the details look inconsistent, we may contact you, and we may cancel the order and refund it in full.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card that paid for the order and take 5–10 business days from the moment we receive and inspect a return; the returns page has the full steps.
