Watercolour Pencil Set of 48

A pencil with a water-soluble core: draw the detail dry, then activate it into wash. A set of 48 gives you a full spread of shades in one box, with room to mix and no need to buy piece by piece.

Dip the tip in water for a punchy line, or shade lightly and blend for a soft, tinted background. Use paper rated for wet media, and expect a little cockling if you wet large areas.
